Earn Money Online - Make Your List Respond
Are you trying to earn money online, but your email list responsive enough? If this is the case, consider this to be an issue which is directly related to the relationship which you are building with your list. What do your emails contain? If they are full of useful information which entices your readers, fine, but if they're unattractive, you've no chance.
People want to receive quality content, especially your email list subscribers. They expect quality and value in the emails you send them. You even told them that you were going to provide them this value as well.
You should strive to provide them information that is fresh, easy to understand and something that your subscribers can start using right away. Free information that they don't need to pay for. If you do this, they will be more likely to purchase from you when you do offer products.
Does list building seem easier said than done?
It's not, but always ensure you are taking a smart approach to it.
1. You are an expert in your niche. If you aren't, don't worry, you can still write intelligent content to send to your subscriber list.
2. Write in an easy style. Your writing should be in the context that would allow them to read it in a relaxed manner over a cup of coffee with you. Your grammar should be free flowing and at all costs, jargon-free and non-technical.
3. Don't try and push your product at every opportunity. Discreetly place a link to your website in say 20% of your emails. Don't push your product in their faces every day. That is not the way to building a list your email should be a pleasure for them to read. Think about what comes into YOUR inbox? Do you enjoy reading them, or feel like unsubscibing?
4. How often are you sending emails to your list? This can vary from niche to niche, but generally you want to send about 5 emails in the first week to build up your relationship with them. After that point, you can slow down a little because they know who you are and recognize you. If you have some great information though, don't be shy about sending out an email, just be sensible about it.
5. Put your self in the mind of the recipient, and ask if you'd be happy to get your email. How would it make you feel - excited, or like deleting it?
6. Most of all, always treat your subscribers with the respect that you would expect to receive yourself. This is by far one of the most important factors in your list building.
To earn money online, you need to treat your online business in the same manner that you would a traditional business. Traditional businesses always rely on their past customers for their future business. Nonetheless, they also realize that the customer must be treated with a great deal of respect, as they have other options.
Zero Cost. Zero Obligation.
